# 登入BeSparks CRM

## Step 1. 首次使用，填寫諮詢表單

若您第一次使用，請先點擊諮詢表單，專員會替您開通試用帳號

## Step 2. 使用您的SHOPLINE管理員(店長)email進行登入

1. 若您第一次使用，請先點擊[**諮詢表單**](https://tally.so/r/wM8QY0)，專員會替您開通試用帳號
2. 進入BeSparks CRM登入頁面，若您為第一次登入，請先點選右下角「忘記密碼」進行帳密設定

如何取得Shopline管理員Email？

路徑：請至您的Shopline商店後台 >> 設定 >> 管理員及安全設定

店長Email即為管理員Email

2. 點選後，需請您輸入SHOPLINE電商的**店長Email**，系統將寄送密碼設定信件至您輸入的email中。

## Step 3. 設定帳密

1. 請點選系統寄送的信件，進行使用者密碼設定

若未收到信，請確認信件是否被分類到垃圾信件、或是被您的信箱視為外部信件而攔截。

2. 設定完畢後，系統將跳轉回登入頁面，此時即可輸入您設定的帳號密碼登入系統。
